- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I can honestly say the customer service isn't bad. The problem is they are closed 75% of the time. I swear they must just wake up in the mornings and say "I hope no one needs help on a Tuesday, non holiday, because we are shutting it down.. let's just make it all next week too!" Not an exaggeration. They are closed on random week days nearly every week it seems. Or they are on lunch break apparently from 9am-3pm.By Jordan Hamrick, April 03, 2017
